1. Seller
EARL Clos de Pougette, EARL with share capital of 76 224,51 €, SIREN 417 903 580, registered office at Cournou, 46140 Saint-Vincent-Rive-d'Olt, France.
2. Scope
These terms govern sales of wines, ratafia, grape juice and other products offered on closdepougette.fr and via the PDF order form, to adult individuals in metropolitan France.
3. Order conditions
- Minimum order: 6 bottles (BIB, ratafia and grape juice excluded from the minimum).
- The buyer confirms being 18 or older at the time of ordering. Selling alcohol to minors is forbidden.
- Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros, VAT included (French VAT). Prices can change at any time; the prices in effect at the time of ordering apply.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary with destination, weight and quantity. They are not included in the displayed product prices. After receiving the order, Pierre Benac will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the exact shipping cost and the cheque mailing details.
6. Payment
Payment is made by cheque, payable to EARL Clos de Pougette, mailed after shipping confirmation to:

7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the buyer's address within an indicative 5 to 15 working days of cheque receipt. Any exceptional delay is notified to the buyer.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving reason or paying penalties. Contact closdepougette.cahors@gmail.com. Products must be returned in original packaging, intact. Return costs are at the buyer's expense. Refund occurs within 14 days of returned-product receipt.
9. Warranty and liability
EARL Clos de Pougette commits to providing products conforming to description and current regulation. For visible defects (broken bottle, faulty wine), the buyer has 8 days to report by email with photos, for replacement or refund.

11. Disputes
In case of dispute, only the Tribunal de Cahors has jurisdiction. Amicable resolution is sought first.
